• Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be:

• In original condition
• With all accessories and packaging
• Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return.
• We may request photos or video proof to verify the issue before approving a return.

• Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories
• Items returned after 3 days of delivery
• Change of mind or dislike of color/model (unless wrong item sent)

💸 Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
• Refunds are issued via:
• Bank transfer
• Easypaisa / JazzCash
• Or store credit (based on your choice)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

• If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
